charmed by my stay
clean room welcome drinks perfect entertainment
I thought the room size was really nice and i loved how clean it was. Every surface sparkled. welcome drinks in the fridge were a lovely touch, i felt spoiled. the animation team offered perfect entertainment, never a dull moment near the swimmingpool!
finding a parking spot in the evening was almost impossible, which caused some stress.

the hotel offered a fine view from the room, overlooking the vast ocean and dramatic cliffs, it was amazing. a tunnel connected the hotel's lower level directly to the promenade, providing easy access to the city.

Breakfast included an excellent variety of well-prepared items, and i found it delicious. the kitchen staff paid close attention to my special dietary needs. I especially appreciated their efforts. i enjoyed a good selection of fresh food during both breakfast and dinner.

The staff at the reception and the bar and lounge were excellent, and always helpful. every staff member was totally friendly, professional, and charming. I was only too pleased to receive their help. i was impressed by their willingness to assist with every request.

the swimming pool was nice and warm, i relaxed there most afternoons. the gym had adequate equipment. good sized balconies made it easy to sit and gaze at the picturesque views, though pigeons are a problem on the patio area!

citrus fruit helpful staff extra charge crashing sea
the breakfast had a lovely choice of food. i particularly enjoyed the citrus fruit offered each morning the staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful. i really liked that the public areas are spacious with plenty of places you can sit. there were many spots where i could enjoy the views and chat quietly
i was disappointed there was no kettle in the room. i found out a kettle is available at an extra charge. for some reason i was given an accessible room so it was very spacious. however the noise at that height from the crashing sea onto rock every night did not lead to peaceful sleep

The room was very spacious. The view from the balcony was good.
The food quality was inconsistent. Some dishes tasted reheated. The service at the pool bar was slow. Often there were long waits due to understaffing. the noise from the nearby street at night was a problem.

The hotel's location offers great views of the ocean from the balcony.
The gym had some issues. The air conditioning was temperamental and some equipment needed maintenance (i noticed loose handles).

surprisingly good experience
respectful staff superb view private lift
the staff were courteous helpful and cheerful. the hotel's location has superb coastal views from the top floor. the private lift takes you back up the cliff from the corniche road that is very handy

clean premise fun activity amazing food
The food in the buffet was amazing. I didn't need to eat elsewhere. they did a really good job keeping everything clean. the activities in the evening were really fun, they were held near the lobby.
i noticed that there were no coffee amenities available in the room.
